A webinar to understand where to concentrate the efforts for the restart - by TINEXTA Group

Wednesday 27 May from 9:30 am, the CEOs of the companies of TINEXTA group will be the protagonists of a webinar.
The aim is to provide to decision-makers and managers of Italian SMEs, which we invite to participate, 
informations, datas and useful advices for their restart.

 

Quality Policy

In order to achieve its Mission, in compliance with the principles and values set out in the Code of Ethics and in the Organizational Model 231, as well as the applicable regulations, Tinexta S.p.A. intends to continue its growth path and the concentration in the Parent Company of some centralized activities to serve its Subsidiaries. In this context, and with a view to the continuous improvement of the support provided to the Subsidiaries, Tinexta S.p.A. has decided to adopt a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015, in order to achieve success continuously over time, raise customer satisfaction and to achieve the following strategic objectives identified by Management:

· confirm the Group’s role as a recognized partner by customers, assuring them high-quality services and products;

· strengthen its position in the services market, acquiring new customers both in the public sector and in the private sector and consolidating its relationship with existing Customers, through cross-selling services of other business sectors of already acquired Customers.

· enhance the Group’s human resources, ensuring the development of their skills to contribute to the planning, development, production, and delivery of goods and services that aim to satisfy ever more the needs and expectations of clients (Customer satisfaction) and promoting their growth, awareness and sense of belonging to a strong and cohesive team; and, finally

· orient Group processes and activities to improvement continuously, evaluate Company results and decisions based on factual data provided by the indicators of the Management System.
