In order to pursue the growth and business development of the entire Group, the holding company Tinexta S.p.A. has launched a project which progressively aims at centralizing in the Parent Company some operational activities to serve its Subsidiaries. As a consequence of this organizational change, Tinexta continues its path of consolidation of the corporate functions supporting the business, by strengthening the related competences, skills and operational best practices.
In this context, Tinexta has therefore decided to adopt a Quality Management System compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. By means of the implemented System – which includes the human resources and procurement processes managed as services to its Subsidiaries – the Company intends to achieve the following strategic objectives identified by the Management:
· Increase the added value of the business support activities and processes, in terms of greater levels of effectiveness and efficiency;
· Enhance the Group’s human resources, ensuring the development of their skills to contribute to the planning, development, production, and delivery of goods and services that aim to satisfy ever more the market’s needs and expectations and promoting their growth, awareness and sense of belonging to a strong and cohesive team; and, finally,
· Orient corporate processes and activities towards objectives of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, by evaluating Company results and decisions based on factual data provided by the indicators of the Management System.
